Practice Care Plan

Budget For Your Dental health

Why have we introduced these dental plans?

Sometimes investment in dental care can be neglected as it is given less priority than it should. With that in mind, we have thought carefully about how we can help you budget for your dental health. We have introduced our dental plans as it is our aim to take positive steps to ensure your dental health is never a compromise.

By visiting us regularly through our plans you could avoid problems and ensure the best chance of being dentally fit for the long term.

Who are our plans for?

You! If you want to safeguard your smile and ensure long term oral health you need a preventative programme. Research has shown that members of the population who attend their Dentist regularly have healthier teeth and gums and require less dental treatments than those who do not attend regularly.

Our plans cover the cost of all your regular check ups as well as any routine treatment you may require, as detailed below. Our plans spread the cost with a monthly Direct Debit, making this the simplest way to pay for your preventative oral health programme.

As an additional benefit, we have incorporated a dental accident and emergency cover to our plans to give you complete peace of mind.

How much does it cost and what’s included?

Ranging from £17.00 (Category A) to £45.00 (Category E) per month.

5% discount should more than one family member join the Care plan at the same time. Following an initial assessment your dentist will determine your monthly plan fee and category.

What is the dental accident and emergency insurance?

Our Dental Plans are not an insurance scheme, but we have included insurance from Hiscox, one of the UK’s leading insurers, to pay for the cost of treatment if you damage your teeth as a result of an accident or need a dentist in an emergency outside of normal surgery hours. The cost is included in your monthly payment and the insurance covers you anywhere in the world for:

  • Accidental damage to your teeth as a result of a fall or blow
  • Emergency treatment when away from home or outside normal surgery hours

For full terms and conditions please refer to the Supplementary Dental Accident and Emergency Insurance Policy available from our practice.
